The hotel rooms could be updated with new decor and suffered from excessive night street noise, causing disruptive vibrations and noise. However, the staff provided exceptional service by accommodating with dropping off at the Delta sky cap, always smiling, and helpful. The location across from the Convention Center was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and featured fresh ice water in the lobby. The dining experience, though decent, was highlighted by an amazing pool area. Overall, a hotel with potential improvements and positive highlights.
